Bashamichi Room is a foreigner-friendly real estate agency located in central Yokohama near Minato-Mirai.

• Buy a plot of land and build a house, want to buy a prebuilt house, or want to buy a condo. We can assist you with the mortgage process and help you design and build your house.

• Buy a property for investment purposes and provide property management services while the unit is being rented out.

• Rent a space for commercial purposes for any type of business including a cafe/restaurant space, office space, warehouse space, etc.
